The
following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement
and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "Client", "You",
"Your", “Visitor(s)”, and “user(s)” refers to you, the person who
logged on this Application and is compliant with the Company’s terms and
conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We",
"Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party",
"Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and us.
These
terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of bluebag,
a mobile-based application, operated and managed by www.BlueBagstore.com,
having its office at Sector-15, Part-II, Gurugram, 122001 Haryana, India
The
terms are recorded in terms of the Information Technology (IT) rules 2021 as
notified by Government of India and this article comes under Rule 3
(intermediary’s guidelines). By accessing this mobile application, it is
assumed that you accept these terms and conditions.
These
terms and conditions are applied to both existing and future customers of the
company. By clicking on the OTP button and by verifying the OTP on your
registered mobile on the platform you agree to be bound by the same and
acknowledge that it constitutes an agreement between you and the company. The
company retains complete rights to change the same without any prior notice to
the user. We keep updating our terms & conditions from time to time and it
is strongly recommended to read the same whenever you visit the platform.
Services
You
acknowledge to use our services/platform/marketplace including the products
that we sell to our customers.
The
company has complete rights to modify/change the services at any point of time
without any prior notice to the customers. So, it is recommended to visit the
section to read the updated services, before accessing the platform.
Eligibility of Use
As
per the Indian Contract Act 1872 the person who is under 18 years of age is not
allowed to use the services. By entering into our platform, you are agreeing
that you are above legal age to use the services. If you are under 18 then we
strongly advise you to use the services under the guidance/ supervision of
parents/ guardians.
By
using the BlueBag platform users might be exposed to content that might be
objectionable or otherwise inappropriate, in that case, you may not use the
services provided by the blueBag, if you don’t wish to be bound by such Terms
and Conditions.
Pricing
All
the products listed on the app/website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise
specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices
charged on the date of the delivery.
You
shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the
purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable
taxes. Price may be change/update at any time by ‘us’, ‘vendor’, ‘seller’
without prior notice.
Objectionable Material
You
understand that by using ‘BlueBag’ app or any services provided on the ‘BlueBag’
app , you may encounter content that may be deemed by some to be offensive,
indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as such.
You agree to use the Application and any service at your sole risk and that to
the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, SGSPL and/or IRCPL and its
affiliates shall have no liability to you for content that may be deemed
offensive, indecent, or objectionable to you.
Trademarks
All
the trade names associated with us, and all products and logos denoted with TM
are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Company or its Affiliates. Our
trademarks shall not be used in connection with any product or service that is
not our product or service.
Rich App
- By signing up with bluebag, you agree to
receive communication on WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, Email,
Customer Support Call, App and Website. You abide by the terms and
conditions mentioned in the app.
- GNS GLOBAL/bluebag may
at any time modify the terms and conditions mentioned in the app. You can
still access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given
time. We recommend you to regularly review the Terms and Conditions. If
the Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, please feel free to
reach out to the BlueBag support team.
Products Pricing & Offers (for all
non-subscription and inactive subscription users)
- Product prices listed
on the app are dynamic and can be changed at any time.
- To avail flash deal, the minimum order
amount should not be less than ₹300.
- Free delivery can be availed by customer
on order value of ₹500 and above only.
- On an order value below ₹300 delivery
charges will be applicable.
- Hourly flash deals’ prices vary according
to the timing & stock availability.
- Two coupons cannot be combined together.
- With membership subscription, one can
avail all things that come under subscription list (If more than one,
every product then will be subscribed separately)
- There is no minimum amount order
condition for subscription membership.
- Flash deals cannot be availed under
subscription.
- Packaging & Handling charges will be
applicable on subscription products.
- 'Best Price Guarantee' for a subscription
product won't be considered for flash deal price (if product is offered in
a flash deal)
- Trial pack automatically renews to 1
month pack.
- 1 month= 30 days, 3 months= 90 days.
SUBSCRIPTION Terms and Conditions
SUBSCRIPTION Terms and Conditions for
non-Monthly Pack orders
- No membership, convenience or
subscription fee required to start a subscription of any product which is
available for subscription.
- No delivery charges on your subscription
orders.
- No minimum order value is required to
start a subscription or to place a subscription order.
- Minimum wallet recharge will be required
to initiate your subscription. The recharge amount will be credited to
your BlueBag Wallet.
- The amount will be deducted from your BlueBag
wallet only after the order is placed for next day's delivery.
- Subscription orders will be placed for
the next day's delivery subject to the availability of sufficient wallet
balance in your BlueBag Wallet.
- You can pause or cancel your subscription
anytime (before your current order is processed).
- Reward wallet discount of 15% will be auto
applied on all your subscription orders, wherever applicable, depending
upon your active reward wallet balance.
- Product prices in subscriptions are
dynamic and they may change as per market prices.
- Packaging & Handling charges will be
applicable on all orders.
- Reward points and cash back schemes will
be offered in terms of points only and will be redeemed against purchase
only.
SUBSCRIPTION Terms and Conditions for Monthly
Pack
- No membership, convenience or

available for subscription.
- No delivery charges on your subscription
orders.
- No minimum order value is required to
start a subscription or to place a subscription order.
- Minimum wallet recharge will be required
to initiate your subscription. The recharge amount will be credited to
your BlueBag Wallet.
- The amount will be deducted from your BlueBag
wallet only after the order is placed for next day's delivery.
- Subscription orders will be placed for
the next day's delivery subject to the availability of sufficient wallet
balance in your BlueBag Wallet.
- You can pause or cancel your subscription
anytime (before your current order is processed).
- Reward wallet is not applicable on
subscription monthly pack(s).
- Product prices in subscriptions are
dynamic and they may change as per market prices.
- No Packaging & Handling charges will
be applicable.
- Product prices in case of subscription
monthly pack(s) are dynamic and can be changed at any time over the
respective duration of the pack as per the market conditions.
- Once the respective duration of the
monthly pack subscription has expired, it will be automatically renewed at
the updated price, which may differ from the initial subscription price.
- 7 days trial pack(s) are not auto renewed
upon expiry of the respective pack.
Wallet Terms & Conditions
- Reward amount, promotional bonus or any
additional benefit will be credited to the Reward wallet.
- Reward wallet discount will be auto
applied on the cart page.
- Reward wallet can be used for additional
benefits on the categories like- All Fruits and Vegetables (excluding
Potato, Onion & Tomato): 15% of the product price
- Reward Wallet is not applicable on
monthly pack(s) of subscription.
Refer and Earn Terms & Conditions
- Your referee (referred person) puts your
referral code, (mentioned in the refer and earn section of the BlueBag
app) while registering. (Every user will have a unique referral code).
- The referee shall not have registered
with BlueBag at any point in time previously.
- You and your referee get Rs 100 cashback
(in their respective BlueBag Reward wallet) on the successful delivery of
the first order by your referee.
- If not used, the cashback amount of the BlueBag
‘refer and earn’ program in your reward wallet will expire 60 days from
the date of credit.
- The cashback amount will be credited to
your reward wallet only if your referee enters your referral code (as
mentioned above in the first point) during their first login on the BlueBag
customer app.
- The cashback amount will be credited to
your reward wallet within 48 hrs of the successful delivery of the first
order by your referee.
- You can earn a maximum of Rs 500 during
the program window of refer and earn program.
Eligibility
criteria for referral reward on your referee’s cash wallet recharge:
- The referrer (person referring the
referee) will be eligible for an additional refer and earn only if the
Referee (person being referrer) signs up using the referrer’s referral
code within the timeframe during which this offer is applicable for the
referrer.
- The referrer should make a minimum cash
wallet recharge of Rs 1000 within 15 days of signup.
- Upon the referee's successful recharge
(within 15 days of signup), an additional cashback of Rs 800 will be
credited to your reward wallet. The validity of the reward amount will be
60 days from the date of credit of the reward amount.
- You earn a maximum of Rs 1600 per slot (i.e.
Maximum of 2 referees recharges of Rs 1000 or above) under the referrer
reward on your referee’s cash wallet recharge.
- Additional refer and earn reward on
referee’s recharge of Rs 1000 or above is a limited period offer for
select users only.
License
Unless
otherwise stated, BlueBag and/or its licensors own the intellectual property
rights for all material on BlueBag. All intellectual property rights are
reserved. You may access this from BlueBag for your own personal use subjected
to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from bluebag!
- Sell, rent, or sub-license material from BlueBag!
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material
from BlueBag!
- Redistribute content from BlueBag!
- use any data mining, robots, or similar
data gathering and extraction tools.
- Utilize any information related to the
company marketplace or/and of its affiliate(s) without any written consent
from the company.
- Try to gain access to bluebag’s platform/
marketplace by any illegal means.
Termination
This
User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by BlueBag. You may
terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any
further use of this Site. BlueBag may terminate this user agreement at any time
and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to
the application, such termination will be without any liability to BlueBag.
Upon any termination of the user agreement by either you or BlueBag, you must
promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site,
as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the user agreement
or otherwise. Bluebag’s right to any comments shall survive any termination of
this user agreement. Any such termination of the user agreement shall not
cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the mobile
application or affect any liability that may have arisen under the user
agreement.
Refund & Return Policy
bluebag does not
facilitate any return policy for Groceries, though; we have a refund policy
that would be provided only when there would be some quality issue with the
product being delivered as per the discretion of BlueBag.
In
case of refund due to unnecessary return of the product, the shipping charges
will be deducted as per actuals.
